1 packet green tea hp in ice water 8:55AM
1 fruit roll up- 50 CALS 12:45PM
1 tlc kashi bar, peanut- 140 CALS 5:34PM

Total so far- 383 CALS
Exercise so far- 700 CALS burned on DDR workout mode.

This is turning out harder than I thought it would be.
No one said it was easy.
But damn, I feel like my stomach is going to burst!!
And I still have 217 CALS to go. ]: !!
Its already 7:53PM and I hate eating late ]: !!

I had about 6 bottles of water so far today though.
Improving on that [: .
I think I'm going to start taking more vitamins too.
Or at least something sufficient for my age.
I'm 18 by the way.

Does anyone know what to do about stretch marks and loose skin??
I can't afford surgery, and it looks terrible ]: !!

Browsing around in my kitchen right now.
Trying to find something I might be able to make myself eat.

Food disgusts me.
Talking to a friend.
Afterward off to exercise more and I WILL finish of my CALS.
Will finish writing later.

This sucks.

1:51AM- My friends show up at my apartment with beer to party.
I felt like being by myself tonight and going to bed early.
So here I am, in my room alone, while 30 people trash my apartment.
The apartment i just spent 3 days cleaning.
*Sigh*
I'm such a pushover, I should have just told them to go to hell.

I forgot to finish off the night last night.
All I did though was have a bottle of water and go to sleep.
Today I need to start doing my crunches again and stretch.
Plus more WATER.

Excercise for the day- 500 CALS burned on DDR on workout mode.

100 crunches.
30 lunges.
5 min wall sit.
2 hrs of cleaning.

I really need to drink more water, only 4 bottles ]: !!
I also forgot my green tea HP.
I'm still getting headaches from not drinking enough water.
Back to the IB Profin, so bad I'm taking it daily.
You know whats sad, I had trouble getting in the 400 CALS.
I felt like i was going to puke all day, it just didn't wanna fit.
I've thought about eating higher calorie foods so I don't have to eat as much.
But I can't make myself put that crap in my mouth, sadly, I'm afraid to.
If I barely made it to 400 I wonder how tomorrow will go, or even 800!!
I might have to switch to a 1/2/3/4 diet.
Then again if normal people can shove 2,000+ calories down their throats...
Why cant I do this??
I burned enough calories alone playing DDR to be at -100 for the day.
But I still feel guilty putting that food in my mouth.
I used to have trouble keeping food out of my mouth.
Now I have trouble getting it in.

I'm too tired and hungry to work out today.
I stayed active all day though, bleached my entire apartment.
Scrubbed my walls and floors.
Re arranged my room.
Cleaned my kitchen.
Re arranged my medicine cabinets.
Cleaned from noon to 10:35PM.
Guess I lost track of time...

Total for the day- 188 CALS
Excercise for the day- NONE

Final thoughts for the day- Only 2 bottles of water ]: !!
On second thought, I'm going to drink one before I go to sleep.
So make that 3 bottles of water /: !!
I need to get some rest but I'm not tired.
I'll take a turkey pill, and an IB Profin for my headache.
More water tomorrow along with exercise and a shower!!
